REFUND POLICY

At Finger Lakes Custom Builders, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our services involve custom labor, materials, and project-specific agreements, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

 

Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has been scheduled. Any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and may be subject to costs incurred before cancellation.

 

If you have concerns regarding completed work, please contact us promptly. We will work with you to address any issues in accordance with the terms of your signed contract and applicable warranties.
